We mapped the concourse, tuned the optics, and connected the runtime to the mall’s spatial AI. Digital-human dialogue, navigation instructions, and promotional content now update through a single API.

Engagement and Metrics

The concierge delivers location-aware tips, displays live inventory, and adapts to language preferences. Foot traffic near the installation doubled, and dwell time increased by 72% versus static signage.

Scaling Beyond Pilot

We now use the same runtime stack to write new scenarios—airport lounges, hotel lobbies, and medical triage desks. Each new site reuses the deployment plan, telemetry dashboards, and operating playbook we validated on this mall pilot.
